We loved the staff, the Spa facilities, the perfect situation (nearby
all shops and the cable to go up)...the entertainment in the evening
(piano, other), the cosy living area downstairs, our room (clean &
comfortable)...great hotel!!! -

Fabulous views of the mountains from the Junior suite room we had, the hotel was spotlessly clean. Spa was extensive although not staffed during the time we were there July weekend.. -

I enjoyed very much! The hotel was beautiful, clean, with a lovely spa
for after ski (small pool, steam room and sauna). Alexandra and her
mother were very helpful in every way; they made us feel very welcome!
The breakfast was fabulous, really kept us going all day. The hotel is
only 4 minutes walk from the Nasserein lift and 5 mins walk from the

Very cosy and clean, small family hotel. We enjoyed our stay very much. Breakfast was excellent and adequate despite not offering that many choices. Sauna and pool area were very nice, a perfect place to relax after skiing. Also, a separate room for storing and drying skis and boots was useful. We were upgraded to a suite which was spacious and had enough clauset space for your clothes and gear.
