A wonderfully friendly hotel with great comfort and really good food. Both my sons had a great time in the kiddies club and swimming pool. And my husband and I really enjoyed the restaurant and drinking a glass of wine on our balcony. Staff and service were excellent! -

Very friendly. It was the first day that the hotel was open after being closed in November and there werde only seven guests in the hotel but everything was still on offer. -

Got a suite at a great price, beautiful suite with a second bathroom onthe balcony overlooking the whole of Innsbruck - amazing view! We've been this hotel last year, and we really enjoy the facilities. Food is very nice and breakfast awesome. Also lunch service included with half board is extremely convenient as you dont have to bother searching food around. -

Spa anlegg, og beliggenhet - Hva kan jeg si annet enn at det er et hotel, og at for meg er det laaaangt mellom de hotel som klarer å skille seg ut posistivt. Cordial var et rent og pent hotel med en svært god frokost bufe. De ansatte hva posirtve og hjelpsomme!

We went there for a relaxing holiday before the summer season was over.
The hotel is very confortable - we had a double deluxe, which is really big with a really big terrace. Bathroom is rather small, but it is allright.
