  Friendlyness of staff, location just perfect, 5 minutes walking into the historic old town of graz and just next to the fresh farmers market. Athmosphere was great, the right mix of regional, clean, and not too sophisticated at the same time. We had rented the 2 bedroom appartment and were very happy. We had a bright,quiet and good size room. Staff is friendly and the food fantastic.The breakfast buffet has a great variety - at times a bit slow with refills - but the Pension is at all times busy.We definitely will return to this charming Hotel! Had a fabulous stay....

  I cannot praise this establishment too highly. I found everything about it excellent. The staff were exceptionally polite and helpful. I wish I been staying for longer than just overnight. If I have the opportunity I would go back for longer - It was totally relaxing. Everything was convenient.
