  The room was beautiful and had an amazing view of Salzburg which was not that obvious to us from the description of the hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful but not overbearing or snobby like in some other higher end hotels.   Everything was very clean. The hotel, the restaurant, the swimming pools. Room was big enough for the 4 of us. The hotel has indoor and outdoor facilities for children, with very friendly staff. Food was excellent. Service was very good. Reception and restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful. Everyone could speak English. Locatio - I could not fault this hotel. The staff were extremely polite, attentive, diligent and caring. It seemed like the "boss" a slim lady, worked alongside everyone and generaed a great working spirit. Right alongside the lift, can't beat the location. Good beer and food. Excellent all round.
