  Really very clean, first time we used the bowls, plates, cutlery directly from the cabinet without washing them by ourselves... Furniture virtually new... very friendly staff. Both training area for ski-starters and lift to the complete ski area within 50 m from the hotel - Hospitality. The spirit of the hotel is very warm and kind.

  The hotel and staff were outstanding. We had problems reaching the hotel (zell am see) due to the damage done by floods in austria. But the hotel owner Ms. Elizabeth, guided us perfectly. Since we were travelling with an infant, they took special care at all times. We had a lovely room with stunning views. My family loved it. And i will recommend this hotel for honeymooners - This is a very good quality hotel in an excellent location right next to the piste, CityXpress gondala and ski hire yet only 2 minutes walk to the town centre and lakeside. The food was excellent and the level of service throughout the hotel was friendly and very efficient. Our double room had a beautiful view of the lake and mountains beyond and was well appointed with a mini bar, safe and a seating area (sofa and chair). This is an outstanding hotel in every respect.
