  The staff couldn't do enough for you. Whatever you needed they were there to advise or point you in the right direction.   Every thing in the hotel was GREAT. The hotel owner made sure that we are happy with our stay, and made everything as smooth as possible. It is a GREAT Hotel - es war einfach perfekt. selten so freundlich empfangen worden. war sicher nicht mein letzter aufenthalt in den dorfchalets :-)

  We chose Villa Verde for one night stay since this B&B was fairly close to the hotel we stayed on the previous night. Although we need to take a bus to get to the old city, we could reach here by one bus or taxi (~10 eur). Staff were very friendly with great English and rooms were cozy and clean. Breakfast - The place was very clean (which is very important for us) and comfortable. the breakfast was excellent and the staff very friendly. The products in the rooms (shampoo, toilet paper, towels..) were in a very good quality. A charming and tasting place. We can see that the owners thought of the little details. Perfect place for a couple holyday in Salzburg.

  Staff was very helpful and polite. We arrived late and could easily get keys to our room from the security safe provided. The receptionist gave us directions and a map to guide our day trip that was great, and we were able to make our Salzburg Card right there. Room was spacious and clean, bathroom very well lit. It was a 10 minute walk from the train station. Although it is not necesarilly near the main centre of town, it was an easy 15-20 minute walk. Hotel is located on a quiet street, and the hotel is secure so you must have a card to get access inside. I stayed in a single room, so it was simple but just what I needed after a long day of touring.

  I sort of fell into the Holzerwirt after a B&B that I had booked did not work out. I booked for one night but stayed an extra night because it was so lovely. Big, comfortable single room in a location in an old stone building it felt like I had air conditioning, which was great because it was brutal hot. I will be back! - This was a wonderful hotel. We booked this hotel at the last minute and only stayed one night because of our schedule, but would have stayed longer if we could. The staff was extremely helpful getting us directions to the places we wanted to go, and the food was excellent. We would definitely stay here again.
