  I stayed at the hotel with my husband 2 teenagers and year old. It was probably one of the best holiday experiences we have had. The staff were fantastic, so helpful, friendly and attentive. The food was fabulous. being all inclusive you would expect compromise on quality but there certainly wasn't. The warm outside pool was fantastic after skiing... hva folk sier » . It was a decent size so you could have a good swim and it was spotlessly clean. I will certainly be returning maybe even in Summer. - Best hotel in the world. I stayed in hundreds of hotels before and I said that for none of them. This one has everything. This is it. Not enough space here to say everything i liked. I'm coming back next weekend again for skiing.

  The owner is wonderful, she did everything possible to make our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as she could. The breakfast was great and there was a nice restaurant with a terrace in a local restaurant.   This is a lovely, small but friendly, hotel. It is centrally situated in Zell am See with the lake only 2 minutes walk away. The room was large, clean and modern. An extensive buffet breakfast was included in the price. The main strength of this hotel was the friendly and helpful reception staff, who were capable of making sure the stay was pleasa... hva folk sier » nt. Considering that this is a small country hotel it offered a level of comfort expected in more expensive hotels. I can recommend this hotel as it i - The hotel was really easy to find: we didn't even have a map, we just walked to the city center and found it in 5 minutes. The rooms were really beautiful (especially the bathroom), the breakfast was amazing and the pool downstairs was a nice touch of luxury. We would have gladly paid twice the price.
