  Everything about the hotel was excellent - from the warm friendlywelcome to the quality of the facilities, service and food. Althoughonly officially a 4 star hotel, the standards exceeded those oftenfound in other 5 star hotels, and we certainly would go back again inthe future. - everything was great.

  Staff was great, except the guy who told us to leave spa-zone immediately after 19.00. The dinners were delicious, and selection of wines was also great. Otherwise SPA-zone was very nice aswell. - I liked the general friendliness, and helpfulness of the staff, and the thought given to the facilities provided.

  Very pleasant staff, although we had some trouble with communication. Our german was as rusty as their english. But we have managed somehow. The breakfast as well as the half-pension was well wort it. Their spa facility with four different saunas/steambaths was a great place to stay especially when there was a snow storm outside.   We were in this guest house from 5 -12 of February. Everything was great, just great! I would obviously recommend this house for for the family with children. - Loved the location. Beach area was great. Rooms comfortable and more than what we expected.

  Was as described - Pertisau was owned/ run by a much more upscale hotel, Cristal? not sure of the spelling. We were welcome to use their luxurious pools, outdoor sitting area. Rooms came with a beach bag with 2 beach towels. Nice touch. Room for four had two bedrooms.

  A perfect stay for our family. The staff was very friendly, the room was clean, spacious and perfect for my whole family. I have two young children. Close the apartment is an excellent walking or biking path with an easy climb and really fun to bike down. There is also skiing within walking distance.   The amazing setting. The welcome when we arrived - immediately invited for a welcome drink on the terrace and then shown around the hotel. The gala dinner on the Friday evening. The food was excellent for all meals. The staff were excellent, friendly but not overbearing.
