A large wellness area with an indoor swimming pool, a steam bath, a hot tub and a sauna is provided at Dormio Resort Obertraun, 300 metres from the shore of Lake Hallstatt. The well-equipped chalets all feature solid wooden furniture, a wood-burning stove and several flat-screen TVs. A modern kitchen with a dishwasher is standard in all units. All bedrooms have a bathroom and each chalet comes with at least 1 balcony and a terrace. Every chalet provides amenities like a private sauna or a sun shower. You can work out for free in Obertraun Resort’s gym and watch your children playing in the large garden or on the playground. Cold and hot drinks are available at the bar and a small grocery store is located in the lobby. The wellness area can be used for a surcharge. A ski storage room is available and the closest ski bus station is situated right in front of Dormio Resort Obertraun. Cross-country skiing trails start right next to the complex and the Krippenstein-Dachstein Ski Area is a 10-minute drive away. You can park your car free of charge on site. UNESCO-protected Hallstatt is 5 km away and Bad Aussee can be reached within 15 minutes by car.

Great Resort right next to peaceful &beautiful Hallstatt lake. * Great Location: you should wake-up early and go to lake(1 min) with coffee mug. It will the best coffee ever you have. * Green & natural:you can hear bird singing and feel cool&refreshing air to deep of your lung. * Best location for do-nothing or do-something. (inside swimming pool, bike, hiking, cable car to the top of mountain) * Kitchen: bring some meat and sausage and wine in your room. Buy meat Bad Goisen or B.
alle vurderinger » The house was so nice and comfortable! Only a few km away from Hallstatt and the view of lake and montains was perfect. We had a good time there :-) Do remember to ask for a small router at the reception otherwise the wifi won't work. Such a lovely place, we can't wait to visit it again. The resort is in a rural setting with easy access to the lake and all attractions around Hallstatt. The chalet was large, well equipped and very clean and comfortable. The local taxi company was extremely efficient. Very comfortable chalet with very good equipment. The hotel is nicely located near the hallstäter lake. There are many activities (hiking, mountain bike, ...) to do just nearby. Vey convenient and home like set-up in the house. Fast warm and friendly respond to the imergencies which lifts the feeling on holidays in the resort. Staff all extremely friendly and welcoming and chalet was spotlessly clean!! The location is very nice, easy access to the lake and only 10 minutes from Hallstat. The houses are very clean and well equiped. Excellent environment, great facilities, big nice rooms. Perfect for travelling with large family or friends. * You should consider additional charge. Tower(3 euro), soap&shampoo(2 euro), locker(2 euro), and cleaning cost !! (42 euro) * No staffs working after 7pm * Hotel oven should have English explanation. Only in German leads our family waiting dinner for 1 hours just for getting used to it. The resort is about 4 miles from Hallstatt, about an hour walk so for a mixed group of nine people like ours I was necessary to get taxis from the train station, to the town, to the sal mines and the ice cave and five fingers. The local taxi company was small but extremely efficient. cleaning fees could be cheaper ?. The extra cost is a serious problem. On the website was 208e, in the shopping cart was 256e and the they sent an email in which they mentioned that some things are mandatory and we need to pay them. So we end up paying 310e. The price list on the website is just part of total charges, the money we finally paid is almost double. Service is poor, we arrived at 7pm, nobody came to help till 1 hour later. They even sent us to a chalet which already occupied by someone else. Hardware is perfect in this place, however, software is far behind.
