The staff was terrific. They welcomed us warmly, patiently answered our many questions, and overall made our stay very pleasant. The intimacy of the hotel appealed to us, and the location was great.   Absolutely LOVED this hotel!!! It is always a challenge to find comfortable, spacious accommodations (comparable to what we are accustomed to in U.S.) when travelling in Europe with our three children. The location is fabulous - walking distace to everything. I would definately stay at The Ring the next time I visit Vienna and have absolutely no hesitation in recomending it to others.
