Very helpful staff. the welcoming drink and the daily little lollies on made-up beds are wonderful touches that make the experience that much more personable. Breakfast was excellent with choices and the tea-lady was exceptionally pleasant. The location of this hotel is highly recommendable for those on short stays who are visiting the tourist spots.

Location was fabulous, a few minutes walk from the museum quarter, 15mins or so to st stephens catherdral and the shopping streets, underground only a few minutes walk, supermarket across the street, cafe and restaurants galore.
