  The staff is very friendly. The apartment is very conveniently located right in the heart of Vienna. We lived 9 days and the apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Many thanks to the Alp and his staff for organizing our temporary residence!   We stayed here for 3 nights in late October. My partner who is an architect was super excited to be staying in a Jean Nouvel building. The design is thrilling and very modern. The room was very large with wide windows from which we could view the rooftops of the entire Inner Stadt, including the cathedral and town hall which are lit up brilliantly... hva folk sier » at night. We loved going to sleep and waking up with the view beside us. The bed was large and comfortable. The open-plan bathroom had both a bathtub - Amazing quality, the rooms are very modern and practical, loved the dog menu, it's very rare that a hotel is paying such an attention for animals, have highlight the breathtaking view of the whole city from the 18 th floor restaurant perfect by night just as a pleasant morning breakfast

  The hotel & rooms were very clean & modern. Housekeeping was very diligent, the rooms were always spotless. The breakfast food was healthy & tasty. As advertised, there is air conditioning in the rooms and wi-fi in the entire hotel with good coverage. The location is good, quite close (in between) 2 underground stations (Praterstern and - The hotel is very clean and comfortable and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Quite well situated to the Praterstern railway and underground which is also a direct route the airport. We discovered a very nice restaurant 5 minutes towards the ferris wheel called Gasthaus Moslinger which is very good and convenient. We also attended a brilliant concert of Austrian music at the Kursalon which is well worth a visit.
