Every thing is good but it is a bit ditance from the center. I like the taxi service they have and the happy faces of the bellmen. You do not need to worry about any thing. The taxi dreviers are very helpful. One of them helped me in buying some cartoons and tapes for packaging. I will never forget that. - there were omly executive rooms available

Very clean, quiet with modern bathroom and bar features; beds were comfortable.
Staff (some more than others),was very helpful in terms of what to see, where to eat, and how to use public transportation to get where we wanted to go.
Best of all was the location...so close to everything.

We spent 4 nights in a hotel in the begenning of May 2013. а) Personal
was very helpful (special thanks to Vladimir Mitev).
b) A room was quite spacious and clean.
Room offers hi-end systems for free (satellite TV channels (two russian channels), movies, wi-fi with good signal).

Excellent ratio price-quality, clean hallways and rooms, bathroom very
clean.The hotel is close to the city center and the bus ride takes less
than 10 minutes... 74A Bus stops near the hotel and the tram 18 is very
close. Metro station is a bit far from the hotel and it is recommended
to use the bus 74a that goes to Veinna Mitte every 7-8 minutes, and
there may be transfer at the metro or a train to the airport.

For walkers, the street leads straight into Stephansplatz in the heart of the city. The rooms are modern and larger than most European hotels. There was a nice selection of items on the breakfast buffet and adequate seating for guests. The staff was helpful and courteous. The surrounding area is surprisingly quiet.

We were there only for a day but we loved the hotel. It's location is convenient as it is right next to the U4, but if one has time it's even possible to walk downtown. The staff is polite and helpful. All in all, we were pretty pleased and will definitely visit the hotel again when we're in Vienna. - The staff at the front desk were very friendly

The hotel is excellent value for money. The staff was helpful, the room was neat, the hotel is just one minute far from the tram station, and there are two supermarkets and a drugstore in the area. Really good hotel: friendly staff, clean rooms, no smells, comfortable prices. We stayed there more than one week and nobody bothered us when we were in the room, but when we returned back in the evening the room always looked like a new one. In the room we had tea pot with variety of teas and cofee. During checking out we received small gifts - a couple of bottles with apricot jam. Comfortable bed with two kinds of pillows.
