  One of the best expeiences we have had amongst all our europe travel. The hotel truly had personalised service and made you feel at home. They never said no to any request.   We stayed for 5 nights.Firstly we found the location was very central and ideal for access to the main tourist attractions on Vienna. We were accomodated in an annexe to the hotel which we found was very clean,quiet and well heated which was good because although it was Easter the temperatures were below o at times.
