This hotel was awesome. We are travelling with two teenage daughters and the room we were given was very large with a king bed and two singles. We booked a quadruple room for 4 (3 sisters over 20 and our mom).
The room was spacious with a large balcony that overlooked the mountains. The balcony is enclosed but has large windows that open up.
The room had a double bed, and 2 single beds pushed together. I was a bit concerned about booking a quadruple room for 4 adults but it was perfect.

Very central hotel - couldn't be closer to shops and the old town.
Helpful staff. We arrived at mid-day and our room was already ready.
Spotlessly clean. Plenty of storage space. Good internet connection.
The hotel has a check-in machine in the lobby, so you can arrive at any time.
We had a small room facing the street, but the sound-proofed windows meant we had very little street noise.
Tram and bus stops are right outside, so easy to get to airport or station on public transport.

It's is a fantastic hotel if u r travelling alone or with a friend , as it is budget friendly, located just outside the train station,near the picturesque old town.however the rooms are a bit small to have an extra bed if u r travelling with kids.we had a good stay. It's very close to the Alpenzoo; a steep walk up with switchbacks
