The staff was terrific. They welcomed us warmly, patiently answered our many questions, and overall made our stay very pleasant. The intimacy of the hotel appealed to us, and the location was great.   - Great hotel staff. Mr. Wild, friendly and hospitable owner of the place, made us feel at home from the very beginning of our stay. He started with offering us a free breakfast, because we arrived quite early and our room wasn't ready. Josefstadt is a lovely district just near the centre. It took us around 5 minutes to get to Ringstras - The staff at Pension Wild were so lovely and very helpful. They recommended a fantastic place to eat closeby which was easy for us as we had only one night in Vienna. There are lots of boutique/retro shops & small bars closeby and its very centrally located on U3 metro line. The room was extremely comfortable too, large and airy and quiet with an amazingly comfortable bed. Highly recommended! We will definitely stay there again.

  The hotel is lovely and decorated with many interesting pieces of art. The breakfast was excellant with very high quality food. The location is very good and within walking distance to the museums, the Hofburg and old town section. Two U-Bahn stops are also close by. The staff was helpful and very pleasant. They arranged transport from the airport to the hotel and at the end of our stay, from the hotel to the train station. The room we had was amazing.
