I was delighted to discover this excellent hotel right in the centre of Vienna, immediately opposite the Stephansdom. My room was surprisingly quiet even though it overlooked the large plaza with so much outdoor activity going on. Reasonable standard, good bed but noice from a kitshen department upstairs. Sometimes it sounded lide they were droppig pans on the floor just for fun.

Restaurant offered good selection of dishes and breakfast buffet had lots of choice and variety. Hotel gave a detailed tourist guide and map on checking in which was a very welcome gesture. Staff (some more than others),was very helpful in terms of what to see, where to eat, and how to use public transportation to get where we wanted to go.

Every thing is good but it is a bit ditance from the center. I like the taxi service they have and the happy faces of the bellmen. You do not need to worry about any thing. The taxi dreviers are very helpful. One of them helped me in buying some cartoons and tapes for packaging. I will never forget that. - there were omly executive rooms available
