Very helpful staff. the welcoming drink and the daily little lollies on made-up beds are wonderful touches that make the experience that much more personable. Breakfast was excellent with choices and the tea-lady was exceptionally pleasant. The location of this hotel is highly recommendable for those on short stays who are visiting the tourist spots.

The Pension is in the middle of everything-easy access to the sights and travel connections. The staff were very helpful and always on hand to answer enquiries. there was a radio in the room which ı have never seen in any hotel before. the personnel were friendly and always smiling. ıt is in the middle of the center and u-bahn is so close. there are lots of things close to the hotel. the bed and pillow was very comfortable. the room was clean. the chocolate that they everyday leave in the room after cleaning was delicious:) the bathroom was clean and in good contion. everything in the bathroom was useful,clean and new.
