there was a radio in the room which ı have never seen in any hotel before. the personnel were friendly and always smiling. ıt is in the middle of the center and u-bahn is so close. there are lots of things close to the hotel. the bed and pillow was very comfortable. the room was clean. the chocolate that they everyday leave in the room after cleaning was delicious:) the bathroom was clean and in good contion. everything in the bathroom was useful,clean and new.

Location + cleanliness. This hotel is really nice. It is near everything in downtown Vienna. You can make practically everything on foot. Otherwise, the U-Bahn station is just 2 minutes away.
Plenty of shops around the hotel, since it is just next to Graben. You have plenty of choice: luxury, fashionable prêt-à-porter, and average global brands.

The hotel is lovely and decorated with many interesting pieces of art. The breakfast was excellant with very high quality food. The location is very good and within walking distance to the museums, the Hofburg and old town section. Two U-Bahn stops are also close by. The staff was helpful and very pleasant. I would definately stay there again. -

I cannot express enough how perfect location this hotel has. Everything a young couple (and probably everyone else) could wish for in Vienna is on a walking distance. Flott beligenhetl, flott standar på rommet, vennligt personal og flesteparten snakka engelsk - Got a non smoking room after first having been offered a smelly smokers room. Reasonable standard, good bed but noice from a kitshen department upstairs. Sometimes it sounded lide they were droppig pans on the floor just for fun.
