  Excellent nstaff. Someone had been smoking in my room. The receptionist, Connie,did everything possible to get rid of the odour. She found and lit scented candles , opened windows etc. This was very impressive customer service. Although the offensive odour diminshed a little...it was effort tthat impresssed me. Apparently, the hotel has only 2 non-... hva folk sier » smoking rooms and it is impossible to police . - I really enjoyed my stay at the Aviano Pension. The location is excellent as well as the staff. It is a bit hidden, but it is definitely worth hunting it out. Since it was snowing very hard when we arrived, we took a taxi from the CAT (City Airport Train) which made it easy for us to find it. Overall, it was was a great experience, and I would definitely return to this hotel.

  Excellent studio apartment. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the apartment was spacious and well equipped. It was great to be so central and be able to walk to most of the sites. Vienna is a beautiful city and well worth visiting. The supermarket was very close so no problem stocking up!   We stopped in apartments No. 1301 two families. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 additional toilet, big kitchen and a hall with a fireplace, TV with a satellite plate, sofas and a lunch zone. Clothes washing services were a great help and Tina was very helpful with recommendations for sights to see and helping organise our super early morning taxi to the airport. - Location was perfect for seeing the city.   We stayed for 5 nights.Firstly we found the location was very central and ideal for access to the main tourist attractions on Vienna. We were accomodated in an annexe to the hotel which we found was very clean,quiet and well heated which was good because although it was Easter the temperatures were below o at times.
