  I liked almost everything about the hotel and especially so the soap they chose for the rooms. I loved the Panorama room -truly the view is amazing.   Fabulous resort. Fantastic Spa and Staff. Christos at the Spa was a consummate professional and was very knowledgable. Martin in the ski rental area was very helpful and also provided excellent customer service. The reception staff provided the best customer service i have experienced in a long time. The Spa was beautiful, the setting is lovely and the staff did everything they could to make us happy. Gorgeous large room for a very reasonable price considering the luxury. Ski shop excellent too.   The owner is a good friend of ours so a bottle of wine was waiting for us. We joined other guests on the veranda for drinks in the evening - most enjoyable. We came by car and though the hotel doesn't have its own garage we were guided to park outside. The rooms are not so new but really clean. Practical furniture. Simple and very nice sauna.
