Hotel Bauer was wonderful!!!! I stayed there with my baby and
communicated with the hotel management beforehand. Isabella answered all
of my emails promptly. She and her husband, Abd, took care of all the
details for me in advance and even provided my son with baby food and
snacks without my asking! Such personal service was a breath of fresh

Very helpful and personalized service. We stayed there because of proximity to the airport as we had to catch a 7:25 am flight. They opened breakfast early at 5:45 am to accommodate us. They also made perfect arrangements for a special car to the airport. They did everything possible to make the trip as painless as possible. In addition, the hotel is spotlessly clean and great value for the money. There is also a very friendly, tasty and good value restaurant next door.

We stayed in a family room for 1 night due to our early morning flight.
This hotel was ok for that purpose. The shuttle bus to the airport was a
perfect option. We paid eur 18 for all 4 of us. Alternative would be to
walk 10 minutes to the station and take s7 for eur 7 in total. So it was
worth to pay a bit more for the comfort.

The hotel is a bit off the beaten path, but very close to the U-bahn orange line (U3). The staff was wonderful -- very helpful. The room was clean and efficient -- internet was very fast -- what a nice plus in a hotel of this size and price range. And the breakfast (included) was excellent. The hotel is very convenient - near bus stops and 2 train stations. Well- equipped for a family of 4. Supermarket across the street. No elevators but not a problem for us. Clean and enough space for us. To get your keys, just phone Mr. Wagner ahead of time and at the end of the stay, there was no fuss. Just leave your keys in the apartment.

I was on a business trip for a conference at the Messe, and the apartment location was perfect for this purpose. Spacious, comfortable and clean and directly across from a supermarket. Herr Wagner was a very attentive host. I would recommend contacting the owners a few days prior to make arrangements to meet as there is no reception.
