Very friendly & warm hospitality offered at this motel. Beautifully served breakfast - lovely fresh fruit salad & yoghurt, generous serving of bacon & eggs & toast. I would highly recommend this motel for the extra touches eg. Lovely homemade biscuits & fresh milk on arrival. Very economical but with all the extra touches. Enjoyable overnight stay with free wi-fi as well. Annette.
alle vurderinger Fantastic Owner who puts in the Extra Mile to assist her customers, Plus the friendly, helpful staff. A Motel that the average person can afford to stay at, with Great Meals, Is Pet Friendly, Clean & Comfortable. Plus you cannot get a nicer Big Bowl of Fresh Fruit Salad anywhere. This is a motel we will return to. The owners with whom we stayed with were very helpful and very pleasant which is a real treat. We received very helpful information about Toowoomba, even a greating every time they saw us!!! It was awesome!!!. The staff were super helpful. Went over and above the call of duty by identifying an inappropiate bedding configuration. Quickly fixed it whilst we were out. Also loved the biscuits and fresh milk. The accommodation suited us very well as we had two little dogs (under control). We would certainly stay again. Stall were extremely helpful . The friendliness of the Office Manager. The facilities available within the Motel complex, eg, the camp kitchen and facilities. Home made cookies on arrival was a nice touch. The heater was noisy whilst trying to sleep, but once the room was warm we turned it off and slept peacefully. Very noisy, there was what sounded like an air conditioning motor going outside my bedroom window and sleep was limited. Everything ok. There was nothing that I found unlikeable,perhaps one small safety issue in the shower cubicle whereby a hand rail or a non-slip shower mat would be a improvement and possibly prevent a slip or fall particularly for a elderly person. tiny tv. noisy aircon heating in our room. the iron in the room. Smokers outside my room in the early morning. Smoke smell was very strong. Nothing. It will be great when the WiFi is fixed. However, I was offered an alternative. The GPS had the wrong information for the location of the motel. Leaving after one night. Someone in another room turned their air conditioner on in the early hours and it was noisy. A lot of late night activity in car park. The price was different from what was told on web. No soap to wash hands ,you used a dispensor in the shower to wash. A towel I used to dry myself was just about stuffed. As far as parking the area is very tight especially if you drive a bigger car or 4wd. Owner's kids bouncing basketball in the evening...noisy. Nowhere to put bottles of shampoo etc. in the shower. The parking spaces. Even though we were allocated a parking space there was another car parked there and no other spaces free. No instructions -to contact reception, change TV to foxtel in room. Shower screen was not clean -covered in soap scum. Double bed was very uncomfortable should have been replaced years ago. AC next door was very noisy. Bfast served without toast when order form said "hot dishes served with toast". Reception was "sharp" and "rude" when I asked for toast which was on my order. No inside shower handle door,finding condom box under bed with condoms in it.(unused),tv to small,overpriced.Prison cell towels.Water came out of drain after shower. This was in room 8. booked twin room at one price when arrived told extra had to be paid because there were 2 of us not impressed bathroom needed bleach.
