The service was excellent. Loved the location and the room amenities. I travelled alone this time but would definitely take my little family here if heading this way again.
Portarlington is a delightful little seaside town and this is a great place to stay.
All the staff were excellent! Even arranged for Bus to the Golf Club for us... Liked the outdoor settings for the rooms. It was an overall very pleasing experience & I wouldn't hesitate to reccommend it to my Family & Friends! Cheers Guys :). alle vurderinger »
The manager went above and beyond in helping us with free courtesy mini van to shuttle us and other guests from motel to venue and back , was much more than he had to do , many thanks to management and staff will recommend to others.
Staff were very friendly, and very welcoming. You can tell they take pride in what they do. Room was extremely clean, with a comfy bed. Fantastic place would stay again!.

Car parking area's too small for bigger vehicles. Ended up leaving my vehicle on the nature strip.
could have included breakfast even with little extra money. it's a big effort to find close by place for a brekkie.
As it was unseasonably cold we used the overhead heater, which was very noisy.
Got charged twice from my credit card.
The room was too dark as it was in a covered area and the east side of the motel has a very high hedge which restricts natural light coming into the rooms on that side of the motel.
