The location was great, just a short walk to Hastings st and there were buggy's operating during designated hours for those who didn't want to walk. We found the walk very pleasant though. Our room was great, we stayed in a budget apartment and it was actually really lovely and alot bigger then we expected. It was unserviced but you could go and swap towels at reception anytime you wished so that was great. The pool is lovely also.
alle vurderinger » We enjoyed everything the hotel had to offer, the games room for the kids, the resort pools, the breakfast selection, even the friendly and helpfull staff. It was a totally enjoyable holiday. Location was good, we didn't once need the buggy - it's a nice 5 minute walk to Hastings st and isn't too strenuous! It's quiet, despite the amount of apartments in the complex. Clean, modern & spacious apartments. The restaurant great, food to die for! All the staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again!. New, stylish & roomy apartment. Proximity to restaurants, shopping & beach. Good facilities including buggy ride down to Hastings Street. We saw the amazing hilltop pool advertised in their brochure (overlooks Noosa beaches), when we inquired about why our card wouldn't open the gate to the pool, we were pretty much told that it's only for the people who were paying top dollar??!! The gym was very stuffy and didn't have air-con, music, a water dispenser or spray/paper towel to wipe down the very sweaty equipment. Would be great if the gate to Hastings street could be open 24/7. Loved everything else!. It wasn't obvious what time check in and check out were & we had a cleaner enter one of the bedrooms, without knocking, while someone was getting dressed. We stayed close to the reception & the early morning deliveries etc were disruptive. There was nothing not to like!. Budget room was extremely noisy although others are not. No real kitchen, just sink and bar fridge and microwave. Bed was hard for our preference. Breakfast food was merely average. The resort is strangely designed, and we often found ourselves walking through the car park to access the stairs. With the doors to the balcony open, our 'National Park View' room was quite noisy during the day on account of the access road immediately in front of it. That we only stayed one night. Would have loved three!!. Nothing. The location where the apartments are located are not for the unfit due to it being a steep climb from the main street. They do therefore offer a buggy service to transport people back upto Out rigger. Quite a long walk down the driveway, but once at the other end you are right on Hastings Street. And the golf buggy service provided by The Outrigger was helpful, although not available at all times of the day. Noise carries quite a bit. volume control on main tv was limited!. Walking up the hill!. Everything was great. TV very small Living room a bit small. Bed was bit too hard. Pity there wasn't a bar open in the evening....till about 10.30... Not enough sunlight in the room Access was weird and hard to find. If i would have one negative it would only be walking back up the hill to complex. While only a short walk to Hastings st, it's up/down a hill which gets tiring in the heat (and with a pram). They habe a buggy service but it only runs at certain times and at other times you need to call for someone to pick you up which makes it more if a hassle than its worth if you just want to take a quick stroll by the beach or to get a coffee from the shops. Mattress. Light bulbs in the room to dull. Too far from the main street, too impersonal, too many properties in the one place. Over-rated. The cleaning was minimal. Bed and bathrooms cleaned, living room not. Washing up not done, coffee not replaced. Extremely low lighting in living room, hard to read. Poor area way too small for the quantity of people staying at the resort. View was room was of a weed cover cliff with no outlook. Felt closed in. Noise made by other guests during the night echoed thru complex even with aircon on and all doors closed. Was disappointed to have no Mini Bar. The rooms were not sound proof!!!! We had very little sleep due to the noise, even people talking in the corridor was loud inside the room. The wireless connection was well below standard. Was woken at 3am on the morning of the Triathlon by a person "yelling" for someone throughout the resort for over half an hour! You need security to stop this happening. We left one night early as we needed sleep. Complete waste of our money!. They have various rooms. We upgraged to 1 bedroom apartment. View was reception area, very noisey. Bathroom was the tiniest I have ever experienced anywhere. Not happy with room at all. location,view,price,.
