Ken & Margaret are friendly and excellent host. They had the room ready when we arrived at 11am since I informed them that I needed to drop off our luggage before we head to the theme park down the mountain....
Ken was helpful to share the things to do while up in the mountains...
Love the breakfast that included bowl of mixed fruits and berries, cooked breakfast (bacon, eggs, mushrooms, tomato, toast) or crepe (banana or mixed berries), tea, coffee, juice.... It was sumptuous.

Ken and Margaret, the owners, were wonderful and entered in to the spirit of why we were there (to get married in Mount Tambourine). The food was excellent and the presentation beautiful. We felt very safe and comfortable at Amber Lodge. It was very central for what we wanted to do and Ken and Margaret very knowledgeable about what was around and what to do.
This is the best B&B we have stayed in and we thoroughly recommend it . Margaret and Ken were helpful and knowledgeable about the area. The breakfasts are lovely! It's location of being just a minutes walk from Gallery Walk was the icing on the cake.
Location is excellent - right next to Gallery Walk, 3 restaurants and several Coffee shops - no need to drive.

very welcoming and accommodating. They did everything possible to make our stay enjoyable which my husband and I greatly appreciated.

letsbookhotel.com did not forward my special request to accomodate a child in the room.. But Margaret was able to a sort out the room quickly. Email the lodge directly would be better.
We had problem trying to find dinner on a Monday night along the Gallery... Should have checked with Ken.
