Featuring stunning views of the Pacific Ocean, these holiday apartments are set opposite Surfers Paradise Beach. Each apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen and cable TV. Guests enjoy an outdoor swimming pool, a spa pool and BBQ area. The Shore Apartments are located only 900 metres from the nightlife of Cavill Avenue. It is a 2-minute walk from the local bus/tram stops, providing easy access to all the Gold Coast's attractions and airport. There is also a convenience store/news agency/liquor store adjacent to the property. 500MB of free WiFi is available per day in the lobby and some rooms. Coin-operated laundry facilities are available. All apartments are accessed by elevator and each includes a kitchen with stove, microwave, refrigerator and kettle. Some apartments have a balcony. Free underground car parking for 1 car is provided. Guests can enjoy snacks and drinks in the small licensed café open daily from 07:30 for meals, snacks and takeaway, which is located in the lobby.

The Shore apartments are definitely good value for money. And the location on the beach is ideal. The staff was really nice. They checked us in earlier and on the day we left, they kept our luggage until late during the day, as our flight was at night. I would like to recommend a "tennis net" where the pool is, so guests can have some fun in the pool. Great views of the ocean! Lovely sunrises just outside bedroom window. Large comfy bed. Well equipped kitchen, love the oven especially. Special thanks to Kay who checked us in fast n early! Walking distance to Surfer'S. Bus stop just behind the apartment, easy access to theme parks and other beaches.
alle vurderinger » The location of the apartment was just next to the beach which was really convenient. The walk along the beach to the nearest shopping area was very pleasant. On top of these, there were many channels available on the television, providing good entertainment and relaxation late into the night. it was just wonderful and much more then what we thought we would get it was clean the staff were wonderful it was so close to the beach you could hear the waves and the smell of the beach was just great would stay there again and again. Our room was comfortable, clean and tidy. It was opposite the beach and a short walk to the shops and activities. Transport was also within close proximity and the staff were helpful with any information we required. Apartment was light and airy, across the road from the beach. Staff were really friendly and very helpful. There is a pool and a spa if you don't want to go swimming at the beach. A great place to stay. Great views of the beach. Very clean and comfortable for what is a rather old property. Cooking facilities were more than adequate. With no air conditioning in the rooms, the provision of fans were appreciated. A little trade off for the sweeping ocean views is that the apartment gets direct sun in the mornings. It gets really hot, so just slap on some sun block and blast the fans! And for the budget friendly price you pay, please don't complain about having to pay $1 for another toilet roll. Be realistic, you really can't find a better gem of a place than this!. The wind was very strong during my stay in Gold Coast and it caused loud banging noises on the door. We had to use a chair to prevent the doors from banging. When we booked we were under the impression we would have a balcony. Although our rooms all had views to die for, we missed the freshness of a balcony where we could enjoy a cup of tea or a glass of wine. There wasn't anything that I didn't like. Current work on the Gold Coast light rail infrastructure, which passes beside the building, meant that construction noise was ongoing throughout the day. Road works for the Tram were a bit of a pain but obviously can't be helped. bathroom was clean but a little bit more of a deep clean would be good. when i had to leave:(. Arriving afterhours and not having someone to welcome you.Just a phone call and an envelope with keys in, waiting for you. Pool entrance is on footpath, no private entrance. windows needed cleaning, maybe some better cookware, and vacuum needed replacing. Noise from road works. The curtains didn't close properly. We had no dis likes. There were holes in the curtains of the apartment and one blind in the front was missing. constant noise from nearby constructions. Road works!!!. Noisy Roadworks, but that is hardly the fault of the management of The Shores. It will come to an end. everything was great!!!!!!!!. a bit musty smelling. Should have a lock on the inside of the door. Keys need to be recut. Shame about the road works, but that's not your fault. No airconditioning. No Balcony. Nothing. needs renovation, windows & doors rattling. traffic on gold coast highway no wi fi. toilet leaking on to floor. 1/$160 extra (5 days)for a child. The sofa for my 7 years old was therible. Ready for rubish collection loong time ago. 2/ unhappy about few potencial charges such as $35 for unlocking the room or $45 for lost key. Otherwise happy and would go again. Cheaply furnished, dreadful curtains that didn't close properly, ghastly ratty old blanket, the instruction to wash dishes before leaving or face additional charges wasn't made clear on the original booking, which I found annoying, as was the lack of service to the apartment. At that price, I could have stayed in a hotel. Sofa is very dirty,no wifi. no airconditioning. That there was only 1 towel each for the 4 days we stayed-no face cloth either,(we had to go out & purchase some)When we booked on line it said there was ocean views.....but to view we had t stand & lean out the window on a angle to view-It was not what we expected & saw different pictures on the website-so a bit dissapointed :(. looks tierd. needs some urgent make over.
