Burns Beach Bed & Breakfast is 10 minutes’ drive from Wanneroo Botanical Gardens and 15 minutes’ from Joondalup’s town centre. It is 15 km from shops, restaurants and nightlife at Hillarys Marina. All rooms at Burns Beach B&B offer a plasma-screen TV with cable channels and DVD player and tea/coffee making facilities. Each room offers a private bathroom with fluffy bathrobes, a hairdryer and free toiletries. Guests are welcome to enjoy their free continental breakfast of fresh fruit, pastries and cereals in the dining area or on the outdoor entertainment patio. There is a bus stop, 5 minutes’ walk from the property, with buses to Joondalup departing every 30 minutes’.

Clean, attention to detail toward guest comfort and convenience, friendly, efficient and helpful hosts, beautiful breakfast, privacy, mod cons, air con set at perfect temperature by hosts, interior design, comfortable beds and pillows, black-out curtains, complimentary snacks, water tea and coffee, good quality shower gel and shampoo, spacious shower, near the beach, well thought out designs, bbq, spa, mini golf putting lawn...can't wait for another excuse to stay there again!.
alle vurderinger » We had a lovely stay. Staff there were fantastic, they were both lovely people and went above and beyond to make our stay even more enjoyable. The rooms were very comfy and roomy, there was nothing more we could have asked for, it had everything you could want. I would highly recommend Burns beach bed & Breakfast. Thank you so much for all your help while my mum and I were there :-). The personalised "homely" feeling about the place, very nice location near the beach, comfy bed and spacious room and ensuite, tasty home cooked breakfast and fantastic service by Prue and Glenn. We will definitely stay there again when we visit. Luxurious Facilities. Very friendly and helpful hosts. Everything provided. Gives excellent access to Perth and the surrounding beach and area. Excellent breakfast. Overall a very high standard.. Prue and Glenn are great hosts with fast knowledge of the area. The breakfast is exceptional and all facilities are top notch! Great location. Friendly hosts. That our stay was so short. Nothing. It is far out from the city but one should expect when wish to stay near the seaside. Wish we could stay longer!. It's location is in an area currently being developed with many new house being built around it. Obviously their surroundings will improve once these new houses are completed. There are no negatives. A little too far from the city. Nothing bad, all good.
