I had to fly in on urgent family matters and it was affordable, available, central, cosy, pretty and I will stay there every time from now on. Thank you for a lovely find. My family has recommended I eat there next time too :-). Room was clean and pleasant and staff very friendly and helpful. Liked the onsite bistro as it made mealtimes easy, food was very good and meals good value for money. Appreciated being able to arrange such a late arrival.

NB: Unable to answer 6. below as Albury was and would be for a lot of travellers simply a stop over between southern Victoria and NSW destinations. Fantastic staff, good food which was very reasonably priced in the restaurant, clean facility and room cleaned daily with fresh towels daily and sheets changed regularly for longer stay clients. The value is great clean comphy nice tv plenty of pillows This is our fourth stay and will stay again. Normally food good just don't book Good Friday staff were very helpful. Very cheap but super clean and comfortable, close to a supermarket and the shops and activities were only walking distance away. Large number of rooms available as well. everything was the way it should be. nothing more nothing less. excellent service and breakfast was great. stayed in over 200 motels in past 5 years. well done. ease and comfort of booking in and out, beds were comfy, breakfast was value for money, and added free fox tell and internet was also included. For a family room the bedding was great although queen bed was saggy. The bathroom was large and comfortable to use. Good value for money. Friendly receptionist. Facilities were basic but all was clean and the price suited us very much. There was a smell of dampness. good place to stay. nice pub on site, it was live music band singing AC/DC. staff is very friendly and ready to solve any problem. staff were very friendly great atmosphere definetly will stay there again without a doubt. At last, a hotel room with a light by which one can do paperwork, and even read in bed!. Free parking and wifi. Bar and restaurant on site. Near centre of town and highway. I liked the set up of having rooms plus dining plus bar and didn't have to leave. Room was very clean and facilities were very good great value family accom. Location is excellent and ajoining dinning area is also very conveinient. close to main streets of albury. beds ok A great price would stay again. Facilities. staff. Was nice and cheap, more money for shopping .For an older style motel was fine.. For $80 a night you cannot expect 5 star.. Flat pillows. Could have done with a better tap system over the basin so the jug could be filled more easily. Expect it would be too noisy to sleep well on weekends with bands playing and the crowd they bring staying over. Mattress possibly needs upgrading - not very comfortable. We were un lucky to be there Good Friday so no food and bar shut 8pm but we understood that and had a nice meal @ ssa club around corner. But the fellow residents were very noisey. Can't predict that place was booked out. nothing. just a bit of noise from some people leaving one night, but that can be anywhere. Room is little small - would be good to have a table and chairs to sit and eat at. The pay TV channels were not interesting at all for kids. The steep decline/incline was difficult for me as I'm challenged in my walking. location is bit far (but not so far) from town center. only the smallish room and bed stop me awarding top marks overall. We had no warm water in the shower very disappointed. Room was a little tired looking. Needed some basic maintanance. I was also very dissapointed at the advertised "Pay as you arrive" option. When I arrived I was going to pay cash but was informed that money had already been taken from Visa. The young lady who served me was not very helpful but the gentleman I spoke to the next morning explained the system to me. This does not excuse the faulse advertising. This serriously needs to be looked at. room A bit small bathroom needs update. pub and pokies on-tap (LOL) creepy flying things in room (attracted by light). Leaving. steep driveway was a surprise. I was pulling a small trailer. The shampoo and conditioner pks in one. after driving down the ramp to the rooms finding out my trailer was too high to get under the over pass, no biggy it is a high trailer. The smell of cigarette smoke that lingered in our room even though there had been an attempt to deodorise it, it did not completely go away. that there was no window to open at the front of the room. Inconsideration of other travellers shouting abuse at 2am. Basic amenities. nothing. A/C systems/heating for room . Room smelt musty as if used for smoking. noisy people overnight. noise. Noisy neighbours!. nothing. The air conditioner motor opposite our room. Noise from Bistro Party. Should have remembered earplugs. some of the food at the bistro seafood,pasta. There was a fight in the carpark at 1.30am which woke up the whole place. We stayed there on our way bak to Sydney and wanted a good nights sleep. Even though this is not the motel fault I think the pub being there probably caused the fight. Parking out front of room not available. Not enough staff in the morning to get Breakfast. No hot water at 9pm really needed after a long drive! Had to wait until the morning for hot water - not good enough!. For an older style motel was fine.. For $80 a night you cannot expect 5 star.. For a family room a microwave for bubs bottle would have been handy.
