Car park at rear. Convenient location for getting in and out of Adelaide and then walking around the CBD. Beautiful buildings and old houses in locality. Friendly helpful staff. Clean but basic room. We enjoyed our stay - we only needed beds for the 2 nights - no fuss or frills required. Facilities were basic but everything functioned and it was all clean. Mattresses were delicious to sleep on :).
alle vurderinger » I used the Travellers Inn as a stopover as I was moving interstate, it was comfortable and resonably priced. That my room had a bathroom inside. 4 bed girls dorm. it was cheap and clean. easy, nice, cosy. We had a great room on our first visit upstairs with a balcony outside ,table and chairs we we could eat in a quiet place Gary the owner was very friendly and helpful. We were looking forward to our return visit. the price and the location the service (I asked for a taxi for 6 in the morning and it was there, the girl also accepted to reopen her computer at the end of her day for some computer credit). Fair enough for over sleeping, I appreciate shared rooms, such as terrace, where can people meet, talk, have fun. What is really great is an opportunity to rent a bike for free, that's cool:). Amazingly helpful staff, Location in the city is awesome, Free bike service right outside was a big help. Good location and good value for money. closeness to the CBD. Location. Room was okay but for $90 a night i would have expected to have a fridge. Nothing really serious - I was an oldie mixing with the youngies. Perhaps things could be a bit less cluttered but no one minded and everyone was friendly. Hopefully in time there will be further investment and redecoration of the building and premises - nothing drastic but just gradual upgrading. The mess in the kitchen. the phone had disconnected. thin walls. Our room on our second visit was not good. We had booked at room with a queen bed. We were given room with bunk beds no tv and very pokey, downstairs and very noisy . Kitchen also was not clean.We had no access to tv as it was dominated by one young man. it's not really a place for a family, which I knew, but at this price and this time of the year I couldn't find better. I slept in the room, where was just a small window, so there was a lack of fresh air and light. Sometimes people disobeyed the rule to calm down after 10:30pm, but you can still go there and ask them for it:). Not enough guys toilets/showers, shower floor was always wet, was difficult to get into the kitchen to cook at times. The place was a little run down and cleanliness outside of the room was poor. Maintenance seemed to be a low priority. The bed sheet was dirty even though the reception staff said it was changed. It smelt used. Floors weren't clean Kitchen was dirty and unhygienic Fridges and shelves were untidy and overflowing Common areas were smelly Rubbish bins were full. Linen on bed very messy. Kitchen had smell of cigarettes coming through small opening, microwave filthy. lounge area had no fans and musty smell. I wasn't happy they took money out of my cc as soon as i paid nearly 2 months before. Never had a backpackers take money out until you arrive. Much further from main part of Adelaide than i expected. would not stay there again. Too hot!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.
