  The hotel has lovely views and is a short (little bit steep) walk from the main tourist areas. Staff are really friendly and speak english for those of us with little spanish. Oliver on reception our first day or so was excellent telling us the highlights to see and booking us on a tour. The owner was also friendly and sorted us out with taxi's etc. Breakfast was - Every room has a fantastic view of the lake and mountains. This is a clean, quiet and fairly modern hotel. Location is great - less than a 10 min walk away to the city center. Breakfast was wonderful. Breakfast starts at 8:00, but they allowed us to have breakfast earlier because we had a bus to catch at 8:45, which we were very greatful for. The front desk guy (British national) was very helpful and ordered us a taxi the night before. The man who organized breakfast was also very friendly and

  The hotel offered so many wonderful amenities including a full breakfast, pool, jacuzzi, bar, piano player, and beautiful view from our hotel room. We couldn't have been more pleased with our experience. The location was also ideal in that it was a few blocks outside of the main square but easily walkable to all that that Bariloche has to offer.... hva folk sier » - The hotel is in a great location. Walking distance to the center of city, but on the lake with a private beach and million dollar views. The staff was extremely friendly and informative. The room we had overlooked the lake. It was large, furnished very nicely with a large picture window which opened so we could get the mountain/lake breezes.
