  The staff at the hotel was very friendly and helpful. We arrived and they helped us a book a car rental for the next day within the first 30 minutes. The breakfast spread was also great. - The room was a generous size, breakfast had a good selection. Location was convenient for the Balcarce area.

  The staff is friendly but not intrusive. Beds were comfortable and the whole facility is very clean and well maintained. The hotel is well located and very quiet making for a relaxing stay. Breakfast was especially nice due to the formality of service, above average coffee and fresh juice. Great price to quality ratio.   This is a wonderful family hotel in colonial style. We extremely enjoyed our two stays at this hotel. Both rooms were excellent, large, with colonial furniture and stylish accessories. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the typical Argentinan breakfast. We would definitely return to this ho - The lounge and patio are a delight. The receptionists are kind, smiley and genuine. The room has period furniture but still manages to be cosy. The bed is really comfortable. Location is great. There's a charming little patio though probably not all rooms have one. I don't know why the overall layout is so perfect - it just is.

  Very happy with everything except the one experience mentioned in the next box. Location was good, views from our window - very nice - tours booked - very nice. Generally a pleasant stay.
