  We stayed for 3days/2 nights in this very nice and beautifully located hotel. Double rooms are well sized but for 3 adults a bit small. View from the restaurant towards the central mountains is spectacular. Breakfast is good and dinner was always delicious. Room was also nice, clean, had a big window. We had a superior room as it was advised in the review. It was right, without the view from superior room it is not worth it.

  Whilst the location was 2Km outside the town, it was only a £4 taxi ride and the quite location was well worth the short ride (we walked along the sea-wall which was very pleasant and only took 25 minutes).   Gabriela was very helpful with suggestions! With the beer at the hotel comes a bowl of popcorn and the dinner we had one evening, was excellent! We appreciated the central location and the big room! - Overall it was very nice, the rooms are very nice, big and comfortable and the hotel itself is pretty and clean!

  We are a couple from Mexico in our fisrt trip to Calafate. We found Hosteria Meulen wonderful and clean. Hostesses were very nice and always worried about our satisfaction.
