The staff was very courteous and helpful no matter our requests. My friend and i accidentally locked our hotel room safe three times and the hotel manager came by repeatedly to unlock the safe, assuring us that it's okay despite our troubling him.

The location is perfect for visiting the town and for shopping. There is a good shopping centre just around the corner and the next streets of Callao and Santa Fe are good for quality shopping. Booked the two story loft and its extremely spacios with kitchen facilities (kitchen ware, microwave; sink and minibar) a dining table living room and big flat screen tv. They even had a guide to argentina on the coffee table. They help you book tango shows tickets and the staff spoke very good english and answer every question you may have. And they offer airport shuttle service.

The location in San Telmo couldn't be better with easy access to the subway system and all historical sites. Also fun to be right inside the Sunday San Telmo Market. Also, the entire staff was cordial, helpful and professional. Made the stay all the more worthwhile.
