Super cheap, allows pets, and had toast, coffee, and muffins for free in the morning. I think they just need to do some interior painting and maybe all new sheets... Comfortable beds. Inexpensive. The Price. Price. Traveling on a budget through the Yakima, wa. Area? This was the lowest priced lodging I found. My room was clean and quiet. Don't know where else you can get a room with a microwave and fridge for $40.

Bed and shower were adequate. cleanliness was good, sheets were fresh. the room was very nice and comfortable. Location and price. It was affordable, the ac rocks!. Nothing but the price -. Price location. Location. Price. price. Absolutely nothing and I can't believe you list this inn on your website. We were discussed and intend on calling the board of health with regards to this hotel. My reservations were screwed up but they worked thru to solve the problem. The price. price. There were stains all over the walls and on the pillow sheets. Nothing. the beds, need to be replaced badly. Noisy AC unit. There was no outdoor pool as listed. Somehow I thought "continental breakfast" was more than a coffee and a frozen donut. Staff was not friendly or welcoming at our arrival & room was old and not very clean or updated in any way...rooms could use even just a fresh coat of paint that could brighten it up a lot! No wash cloths and the barest of minimum toiletries there...only one small packet of shampoo & one small soap bar, nothing else. Breakfast staff person was not friendly about putting any food out and items were not available that were supposed to be there, like fruit. a bit threadbare. The room had some sugar ants on and around the table. I think that they were coming from the table itself but I don't for sure. There was some dead ants it the bathroom also. Very poor continental breakfast. Hotel was full of parents and players for the state fastpitch tournament. There were about 6 old fashioned donuts in the tray. Staff later brought out a loaf of bread for toast. Was not able to connect to wi-fi. We had issues with staff for the worst reasons...a battery for the remote, one extra pillow(they provided 2, we needed 4 to be comfortable but I chose to go with the one due to the "issue" it caused.) Then the biggest bummer... I chose the location because it " had a pool and spa" wow...indoor even!!! When we arrived, they were empty. No internet, no shampoo, no coffee, no breakfast as advertised. The hotel must be on its last leg. Breakfast sucked, bed sucked, wifi sporadic, get better room,. Our room wasn't very clean, there was gross drip marks down the walls in the bathroom. They didn't provide adequate shampoos washcloths, or towels, and there was garbage under the bed. The "continental breakfast" the first day was coffee and 4 doughnuts that looked quite stale and the next morning we had to ask them to make coffee. Building was in need of repair. Paint, carpet, mold, many rooms had the door handles removed, no screens on windows, swimming pool used as storage, ice machine out of service, rooms smelled, parking ... Dirty carpets on stairs and halls, indifferent staff, staff was foreign and difficult to communicate with, no internet available while we were there. (We would have stayed elsewhere, if we had known). Loud talking in hall and parking lot up until 11:30 pm. We had to not only change our own sheets because those on the bed were dirty, but also had to plunge our toilet prior to using it. As for breakfast what a joke a couple of donuts you have got be kidding me. Filthy. Turned on the shower to see brown water come out and there was hair in the drain. Microwave filthy, no water glasses, one hand towel, no shampoo. Ice machine broken, no water in soda machine. The scary & dangerous location in an unsavory town. The disrepair of the room. The lack of cleanliness of the room. dirty, did not feel safe. There were a lot of homeless haning around. No wash clothes, Unclean.
