Nice lux hotel which we booked for a good rate for a night sleep on our way to yellowstone. Very clean room, with all the comfort as expected, bed was kingsize and slept well. Breakfast had a good variety, except for bread and sandwich filling.
Breakfast was good, however waffle machine availbale but no batter.
Also I had been booked into a 2nd floor room. Recent knee replacement made that unacceptable because of no elevator...I was switched to a 1st floor room. alle beoordelingen »
It was clean. Staff was courteous. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was hearty and all dishes kept full. There needed to have been more seating to accomodate the amount of guests.
Very comfortable and so clean and in such excellent condition that I thought it must be a new hotel. However, I asked and it is actually I think somewhere between 14-15 years old.
Lives up to the title; everything is exactly the same through all the
BWs with comfort and cleanliness, as well as tasteful decor which women
always appreciate!.
Size and condition of room. Sink in dressing area, separate from sink in bathroom speeds morning preparations. Helpful staff suggestions on restaurants.

The smell in rooms of cleaning supplies was a little strong.
Tall bed difficult wheelchair transfer.
Did not like paying $20 extra because we have two pets. Usually we stay at LaQuinta's because of quality and no pet charge. There are no LaQuinta's located on I80 except Reno. This is why we chose your property.
Facility recently changed ownership. Nice that they were doing remodel, but not in touch with traveler needs. They removed bedside lamps before replacements were available so no reading lights at bedside. Poor planning on their part.
Rude staff.
Most of the front desk clerks were not very friendly at all. Felt like I
was interrupting them. Also, breakfast bar was lacking quite a bit. Hot
food was cold and cold food was warm.
Room was fine, but way over priced, something way wrong with the heating system, we froze. My husband went to find a latte in the AM at the desk, gal was rude and not really interested in what he wanted....
