i have been going to the jersey shore for summer mini-vacations most of my life. this is my third stay at royal court. for the past 12 yrs i have been staying at another place a few blocks away on atlantic ave. i can honestly say the staff at royal court make it a point to make sure you are comfortable. Vita and Mr.D went above and beyond for myself and my daughter.I don't even know the name of the lady at the other place i stayed at. I like to go down the shore a few times a year, i will defi.
alle beoordelingen » The gentleman working the front desk (can't remember his name! Sorry!), was so nice, friendly, and courteous! From the time we walked in, he was joking around with us and walked us to our room. One of the nicest receptions I have ever had at a hotel/motel. The price was great. My daughter & 2 grandchildren went with us and we had plenty of room in the room we booked. It was clean and the staff was very friendly. Within walking distance of boardwalk; we could see the pier from our window. Clean rooms. Nice pool. Friendly service. Reasonably priced. We really liked the location. The manager was friendly and helpful. Would like to stay there again. the staff was excellent, they went above and beyond for me and my granddaughters. I liked that is was close to everything and the people were hospitable. The location was good for boardwalk and convention center access. clean plety of towels pillows the host were super. the staff was excellent. always ready to help if needed. the area , the staff ,the pool and clean room. location and staff were very pleasant!. closness to broadwalk & beach. love wildwood. Staff. Location was great, they are located near everything. They had 2 pools which is rare. The staff was accommodating, I needed a different room when checking in, they gave me no problems. I like how close it was to the board walk. I like the location close to rides and boardwalk , and also the staff was very nice. But the room was very old and bathroom was very small and uncomfortable cheap towels toiletry and soap . Also they said there was a grill but when we got there the grill was not even worjlking and was small and old not even professional. I think the decor is outdated. It could use some cosmetics. Short on parking, but it didn't present any problems. no trash cans on site. i like to take my own trash out of the room and there wasn't 1 trash can to dispose my trash in.i understand they are trying to keep the seagulls at bay but there should be at least 1 can in the car lot area. The sofa bed wasn't comfortable. Food in the area was lacking; the facilities were clean but very old and in need of upgrading; bathroom window would not close completely, hence the room was continuously cold, even with the heat at 76 degrees. No blankets were provided (but the hotel caters to summer visitors). shower too small lol felt like was in a cube. no trash cans on site for excess trash in room. shower in bathroom, poor water pressure. room was alittle cramped but do able!. N/A. Window in bathroom wouldn't close. Not a major problem. Small rooms. the rooms are small but most are down the shore, you make due. the curtains in the room did not close all the way so I never had full privacy while in my room. We did not want to leave our car keys in the office.
