This wasn't our first time at El Monte Sagrado, and it won't be our last! It is a luxury resort where attention is given to every detail. You are greeted with a smile from everyone. I just can't say enough about it.
The staff was outstanding and our room was beautiful! I had called in advance to ask for that particular room and was so happy when I opened the door :).

Broken refrogerator in room leaked on carpet for 2 days after it was reported to the desk.
Need someone outside such as a bellman by 6a needed help with luggage and there was a bear in parking lot.
