We used the kitchen to cook dinner a couple nights of our stay. When we went to use the washer and dryer in the main lobby we found that its free to use! Just load it with clothes and soap, and push in the coin receiver, no money needed!. Our stay felt like we were at home. The suite was large enough we did not feel cramped up, loved the stay!. Comfortable beds, good breakfast, ease of access to first floor rooms, nice kitchen in room.
alle beoordelingen » The couch made out of twin beds with the built in storage was really cool. Spacious, comfortable, and clean. Close to restaurants and shopping. The suite was very nice..great amenities...very comfortable... The kitchen area was great and the breakfast was very good. The room was ok and staff was helpful. comfortable bed clean friendly staff. the location-spacious accomodations. Staff was extremely helpful. The room was comfortable. Great deal and location. Decent breakfast. Nice kitchen. Space, breakfast, location, price. It had plenty of room. Over all a nice room. What I liked? Maybe the huge spider that greeted me upon entry. Or, the torn carpeting complete with various and sundry stains and cigarette burns -despite it being a non-smoking room. I also enjoyed the tumbling troupe that practiced from 12:30 am - 2:00.//'am each night I was there. The barstools were rickety, and the TV was outdated with satellite service interruptions. Room had only 3 sets of towels but they provided more if we picked them up from the lobby. The couch/bed was uncomfortable. Needs some maintenance...too nice of a place to have peeling paint and cracks in the wall. Had to be moved to another room because not having twin beds and after the move didn't have wifi.Some Penthouse suites need to be handicap accessible and tvs need to be updated. No senior discount. Had to get pots and pans at front desk no dishes in room. oven in unit smelled-was not clean (rm 424). Although the room was non-smoking, people were allowed to stand just outside the room in the stairwell and smoke. Room was a bit dated and needed some fixing up - crumbling walls, leaky shower head, very loud exhaust fan in the bathroom. noisy broken beds, out dated fridge that was LOUD at night, caked on dust all over the ceiling, shower went from hot to cold during all my showers, kids got bite by "mystery bugs" in the bed. furniture had a few stains and décor was out dated. tvs had green blotches on them because the tubes were out on them (not flat screen). The upstairs in the suite we had didnt get much air flow from the a/c. No coffee in room,facilities in need of overall repair and maintenance would not accept cash payment. See above.
