Room amenities and walk-in shower and size of bathroom.
For a newer hotel the facilities are not being cleaned well at all.
The floor in the lobby breakfast area looked liked it hadn't been
vacuumed in 3 months even though I saw a housekeeping person arrive
with a vacuum as we were leaving. The shower floor in our room was
also dirty.
