Rooms and Toilets were clean and well maintained. Liked the rates at which the rooms were provided. Requested for an extension for 24 hours after checking in and it was accommodated. It was clean & quiet, housekeeping did a great job. I really liked being able to check out from our room since we were leaving quite early in the morning. Hotel was very clean, breakfast was very good and plentiful, staff was very friendly and helpful. We would definately stay here again!.
alle beoordelingen » The location was great, everything I needed to go and do took no more than 10min driving distance. amazingly polite and nice staff, very nice breakfast, very quiet, very clean, lovely !. I thought the hotel was very clean,nice and was in a very good location. wonderful customer service, very friendly and servant oriented. cleanliness, staff comfortable, no noise. I liked the spacious room. The hotel was fine. Great facility. Good Service. Helpful staff. the room was clean, beds were tolerable, but not the pillow top mattress that is more comfortable in my opinion. breakfast was good. I stay 4 nights every body was nice especially Gloria at front desk . Only bad attitude hskp !. Room was comfortable, nice pool and hottub, good breakfast. Clean bathrooms.. friendly staff. Nothing specific. They ran out of hot chocolate and when I asked the kitchen staff, she said..today no hot chocolate rather than letting me know on when it would be available. She seemed busy but in a hotel, I would think nothing takes priority over guests. The area was kind of odd but we really weren't in our room except to sleep anyway, most of our time was spent in San Antonio or at Lackland AFB. It was 20 minutes away from just about everywhere we needed to go. The breakfast was OK, I mostly just had coffee and yogurt. The day I tried the eggs they were precooked microwave, it would have been great for the food to be prepared there. The price was more then I expected.i ended up paying about 100 dollars more then I thought I would be paying. When I booked the room the room I chose would accomodate 4 adults and 2 children under 18 yrs. of age. At Check-in there were no sleeper beds or roll-aways available. I had six people and 2 beds. Not right. Had to go to Academy and purchase air matresses. The information the hotel had for my family did not match the info on my confirmation (4 + 1). The amount I was charged was $60 more than the amount I was given by letsbookhotel.com. Pay better attention when cleaning rooms. ThEre Were Mold Spots On The Wall AroUnd The Shower. rooms are pretty small, so with several people in the room it gets tight. bathroom was pretty small as well. Only one of the housekeeper was in a bad attitude. All the other where so nice especially Gloria I believed that's her name she at front desk something the need to improve is breakfast ,breakfast is a big deal . My Nook Color was stolen from my room while we were out. Breakfast was limited.
