Service was excellent and very friendly. I was especially impressed with the hard working woman who took care of the breakfast bar. Wow, with an employee like her you can not go wrong. Counter staff was friendly and ready to serve. Our room was clean and mostly comfortable, with the following exceptions >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>. Excellent location for our purposes. Close to city, close to airport, but quiet. The hotel was full while we stayed, and even with a room on the first floor it was quiet. Clean, new facilities. Decent breakfast. Lots of options. Mini fridge and microwave were nice touches. Nice water pressure in the shower. In room wi-fi.

It took just one stay with Fairfield to know this will be our choose of hotels from now on when it's available in the area that we are traveling. The hotel is super conveniently located right off the interstate. The hotel is always very clean. The staff very nice. The morning breakfast well done. Everything about this place is top notch for the price. Everything, the view of the bridge with the water was absolutely breathtaking. I was not expecting that when I booked online. The area felt safe; near enough to the city, but far enough to relax and rest. we Loved the hotel and its staff were very friendly and helpful. the hotel was located right on the Ohio river which was beautiful! The breakfast was awesome!. pool and hottub so clean & wonderful! free breakfast good and everything was very clean!. Quiet, Nice river view, Very close to facility I was visiting, great breakfast!. The view from the room was gorgeous. The firepit was a nice surprise, also. clean, good price, easy in and out, nice breakfast. kids enjoyed the pool. Location. relaxing firepit and quick assistance from counter staff on getting directions and avoiding traffic congestions. Beds were comfortable and rooms were very clean. Easy to navigate the highways. Clean. The value. Our room, 107, is on the verge of becoming run- down. Specifically, the shower/bath trip mechanism was hard to manage ... the bathtub is starting to show wear ... the TV was impossible ... the card entry mechanism did not work properly. Surprisingly not enough parking for a full hotel. One night we had to park at a nearby restaurant. Housekeeping was rather slow and forgetful. Our room was not serviced until after 3pm one day. The next day we only received one towel. Terrible coffee. The only thing we didn't find helpful was that my daughter was sick and needed medicine and we could not find a local pharmacy or local convenience store near the hotel to purchase anything. So the area was not very friendly for last minute items. The room was alittle musty but comfortable. No issues!. hard to get into Pittsburgh from location...also not in an area where you could take a walk outside if you wanted too. The restaurant next door was not very good and it was sticky and dirty... Getting to the hotel from the city was not real simple and the surrounding area wasn't very pretty to look at . Long wait @ traffic light to enter parking lot. No refreiderators in the rooms. Distance to Downtown. Forgot the roll a way. The surrounding neighborhood. None of the HD channels worked this time. No HBO, no basketball draft. The TV remote wasn't working working properly. Breakfast was not very good. My mom found a long black hair in the strawberry compote. Gross!. Very disappointed with the cleaning staff. I put the do not disturb sign on the door and left to come back to realize that the cleaning staff had been in my room. I brought this up to the front desk and the staff rep dismissed me. I asked for management and there was no one available and asked for a manager to call me and they did not. Not impressed considering the valuables in the room! Location was in an abandoned industrial area. We didn't find any soup or shampoot or tissue.
