I liked everything.I would especially like to thank Andrea at the front desk for all her help and her courteous service. Breakfast was excellent. Room was awesome:) Beds were so comfy! Great decor and very clean. Bathroom a bit small for a double queen room but very clean and nicely decorated. Very friendly, helpful staff at front desk.We had breakfast delivered to room. Price was reasonable and food was great! Staff was professional, prompt and friendly. Clean room, nice lobbies, attractive atmosphere all around. Will return again.
alle beoordelingen » We liked the price, we liked the fact we were able to book a room last minute during the summer. We liked the cleanliness of the room. The bed was also comfortable. Breakfast included, location is close to attractions and downtown, helpful and friendly staff, good value, quiet. Excellent hotel; comfortable rooms; good restaurant, conveniently located on the edge of Portsmouth. What you'd expect from a chain hotel. Comfortable, reasonable price. Nothing extraordinary. The staff was awesome and the restaurant was good. Easy to find, lots of parking, nice atmosphere. Convenient to Route 1, clean, affordable. Cleanliness and location. Convenient to US Rt 4W. Great location and very friendly staff. close to downtown Portsmouth. room service was efficient. good rooms good restaurant. My only complaint would be the pool.I had planned to go swimming but when I went to take a look at it I didn't smell any chlorine at all...which made me wonder if it was clean and sanitary enough and it needed to be skimmed on top badly. You have a very nice hotel and courteous staff.I just would like to suggest that the pool is kept cleaner and the water in it kept properly chlorinated. Pool was small...didn't go in, but it didn't look too inviting when passing by...price was a little high for room. Would be happy to receive discount offers:). We were located near a stairwell so that was a little noisy--our ac unit was loud as well...but that also was a benefit to block out the noises from the door to the stairwell and other guests. Sheer curtain was torn, bathroom door needed repair. There was an intrusive hum all night, probably from an extractor fan below the rooms we were in. The pool closed at 10:00. No breakfast included in many of the room rates. Price! placement on the 5th floor with several weeks pre registration. micro wave and mini frige looked like someone had thrown it out and holiday inn saved it and put it in our room. The ac didn't work as well as I'd hoped. It never got below 70° f in my room. I would have brought it up but I was only there to sleep and it was too late for maintenance to look into it. I also think I got the last sold room as I was right by the elevator and the kids on my floor were def smoking weed. Oh well!. first room was a little smelly second was better. ceiling was dirty. pool was very dirty!.
