Excellent location and a caring staff. The night manager was a great guy

It was perfect.
The buildings are older but well maintained.
The path to the beach is tough to navigate for senior citizens (steep sand dune, stairs would be big help).
The bed was uncomfortable, and the TV wasn't very good.
tankless water heater made for poor water pressure and uncomfortable temperature for baths and showers, TV was in an odd place, hard to watch from the bed, no dish soap or shampoo/conditioner offered.
Requested early check in, arrived at 2pm and our room wasn't clean and ready until 4:30pm.
Bed was too firm and only 1 chair in room to watch tv from. There was a small bench type thing at the end of the bed, but it had no support for your back.
