I left my pillow and realized it when we were already an hour away. Its not just any pillow!!! I immediately called and was told that it was in the front desk. I set it up for FedEx to pick it up and send it to me. The hotel staff found a suitable box for it and had it ready when the FedEx driver arrived. They were super nice everytime we had any questions. They gave us info on places around also. I must also mention that the beds are super comfy!.

Great location with grocery store, food and shopping all within walking distance and just a short drive to the beach. The room was really large. The AC was great. It was bug free. Staff was very nice. Easy access to the beach. We enjoyed our stay. its close to the beach and the hotel was very easy to find. It was clean. Like that they cleaned are room. So we came back to a nice clean room. Good location. Nice clean pool. Quiet. Decent sized room. price. There was not much to like in that place. It was dirty, uncomfortable, and we will never stay there again!. The bed was comfortable. Location is good. close to shopping, restaurants, beach. Manager was friendly. They aloud pets. Nothing. That thay stayed away from the guest. I wish the kitchen was a little nicer. No dishes stocked in kitchen. No TV channel listings. No Port A info in room, ie local activities, resturants, TV listings. A local map would have been helpful. The pool needs to be scrubbed and correct chemicals and the pool ladder needs repair. it was good. Nothing. The pool was a little dirty. The price was a little high. Skimpy towels, uncomfortable bed and pillows. Breakfast not available (I thought it was advertised, Could be wrong). The motel is made for people under 6 feet. I am 6'2" and had to duck up and down stairs and in the walkways. Hot tub closes to early.... It was dirty, way to expensive for the nasty run down place that it is! There was dust everywhere, the coffee, creamer, and coffee pot were nasty. The sheets were thread bare and were not fitted. They were worn out rags and should be thrown away. It's a horrible place and we will never stay there again, Burn holes in the bed spreads, and the vent fan didn't work. There was no smoke detector.....I Could go one and on......Horrible place!!. Room was hideous and grimy. Poor service - office was closed and no attendant available when needed. Way overpriced. Not likely to stay again. Would never recommend this place. rooms are very small, a/c had a leak inside the room. carpet got soaking wet. reported it and they just put a box fan. no maintenance. low pressure from shower. need to get updated.very pricey. Rooms were NOT clean towels were paper thin carpet was the filthiest I have ever seen....would not walk on it without shoes on. I thought I was booking a kitchen room. The room was so small. It was boring that we didn't want to be there. We only slept there because we had already paid. Instead of Americas Best it should be named Americas Worse. Booked room with credit card 30 days ahead had my credit card acct # all info but as soon as I walked in door wanted money. I don't mind paying what I get but but these people only want one thing money. Not nice about it could go on and on but what good would it do cant say more but when in america act american. worst room I have ever stayed in.
