Nuthin good abt the hotel but a great location. It was good area and friendly. Room was nice and pool area was great.Very large pool. The room was very clean. location was great. Location was good but right next to the arcade with go carts. you will be up till 2am until the place shuts down!. The location and use of the room for a quick stay was great.
alle beoordelingen » We didn't have a trouble, didn't see bug or something else. location for the event of why i came in the first place. Beds were comfy and we had a big fridge. Not much other than somewhere to sleep. Not much other than location. The location and price. The bed was comtable. Pool was very clean. Location was good. The location. Plenty of hot water when you took a shower. The rooms where priced right. The staff was helpful . Where it's located. Nothing!!!!!. The hotel. The mattress. Was stain badly on the side. When I checked in, the receptionist had not received my confirmation from this website. But hotel still honored the price from Booking. After booking with letsbookhotel.com the front desk told us he had no room reserved under our name. Save your confirmation number. Staff wasn't friendly , I saw them be disrespectful to many customers. The parking lot did not feel very safe, not lit enough and it is behind the motel so I did not feel very comfortable about parking my car and walking across parking lot. While I was waiting to check in, there was a guest that had went to the room they gave him to find that there were already people there, he then received a different room and the new room did not have sheets on the bed. It made me a little nervous about what we would find in our room. The rooms need updating and the bathtub was old and peeling...I woulnt even get it in to bath,,,,i just used a wash off with washcloth from the floor in front of tub....And there was lint and hair behind the door, on the floor, when i shut the door i found it....wont stay here again....so sorry. Our room was tile floor and filthy! The bed linens to not appear to be washed nor the floor clean or swept~ The pool is big, but I wouldn't go in! We will pay the extra 20 bucks and stay in a hotel that is CLEAN!!. quality of the room was not very good but not unexpected. However, during stay my hotel room randomly stopped locking when closed and the hotel staff attempted to tell us that the room could be locked from the inside (hello... how would we be able to leave and enjoy something other than the hotel). That said, we were eventually moved into another available room. Entire situation was a little bit sketchy. They gave us wrong room's key (a room which has another customer staying) Wi-fi connection was terrible. parking was at a premium: room nasty walls filthy in bathroom, terribly discussing place to stay; way to expensive for what it is. There were people in the pool and they probably got sick later, it was green with mold and mildew; just a nasty place;. Rooms outdated. Pool dirty. Found a cockroach in our bathroom the last day. Not good. Needs some updating bad. Seems liked they were unorganized with breakfast and it wasn't good at all. Stayed 3 nights but only ate breakfast 1 day because of ants in the cereal. Won't stay there again. when we checked in They could not get Our Card to process so we paid in full cash come to find out they entered wrong exp.date then when we checked Out they reran our card and charged us again had to get rude to get credit back to card no breakfast was ever ready no clean towls left at room Overall will not stay there again. Room would not lock. Moved from a king to a queen. Double charged my credit card. Was told one charge would drop off in a couple of days. This still meant I was out of icket over $130 for several days. This should never happen. Our room was dirty, the refrigerator was not working, tv was not working and bathroom had dust bunnies and dirt. No towels in the room when we arrived, coke machines didn't work. Your continental breakfast wasn't served on time and very few choices.TVs were not updated. Everything else. The room was subpar. The door handle to the bathroom was installed backwards so we couldn't lock the door from inside. Our room keys wouldn't work 99% of the time and thw staff got upset when we asked for new keys. Overpriced for the accommodations. When we arrived I was waiting to be checked in.. No one was helping they looked at me like I was incoviencing them., when someone did I was greeted as a sir, which I am not. We had no towels when we arrived and didn't get any until 4:00 pm the next day. Will not stay here again!. We did not have an ice bucket-desk clerk said they did not have anymore,so she gave us a styrofoam bowl-went for continental breakfast clerk said they were slow ,so they were not serving breakfast-although it was advertised-water dripped in bathtub all the time and under the door there was a 3 inch gap to the outside!!!!!!!!. Staff was very rude and the ac wouldn't work also my credit card kept getting charged 7.00 if you value your money and family don't stay here. I had an emergency at home at I paid for the room through booking agency! They want to charge me the whole amount even if I had not stayed there! I asked if I can pay a cancellation fee! To no avail, I was charge the full amount. The shower head was so low you had to bend your knees to wash your hair. No tissue holder The air didn't work very good half the time. The carper was nasty. The deluxe continental breakfast was stall and not good. Ice machine only on 1 floor. Elevator broke and husband had to make 4 trips up and down 3 flights of stairs to load car. Got to hotel and rooms were renting cheaper there than what we paid on line. The vending machines where empty. Ice machines were broke. It took half an hour to check in as well. People screamed and partied at the pool until 2 in the morning and the go cart track is right next to the hotel and they ran until 2 in the morning also. Our heat/air unit went out. There was no One on staff to fix it- the lights in out room had a shortage- blinked on and off the whole trip! We asked to be moved to another room in fear of electrical problems in our room. We were moved to a unclean room and just asked to have a refund and we left!. Well we called the front desk and had ask them had there been a dog in the room we were in and the lady at the desk said yes. We got ate up with fleas. The woman said she would take care of us on check out and nothing was done. She was just not all there I think. Loved the area and we had even thought at first we would rent a room for the forth of july because we always stay 3to4 nights and I just could handle the fleas. Very unhappy and upset about it not being took care of,. This was the nastiest place I have ever stayed. The room was nasty, the shower head was so low my husband almost had to get on his knees to wash his hair. Then I checked my credit card statement and they charged me $218.80 to much and when I called to let them know they called me a liar.....needless to say I finally got my $218.80 back. I have to say this place wasn't worth 1 cent. I hate tents but a tent would have been better then this place:((( don't stay there you will hate it!!!!. there were no towels in the room or toilet paper ask for them we got them 6hrs later around midnight.
