The resort itself had no problems it was great freindly staff offerd lots of help gave me drictions to places the resort itself A+ from me and my family. size of the condo was spacious. view of beach and private balconies were great. staff very helpful and friendly. check in and out were easy. The view was amazing. The size of then condo was perfect for my family. Very private. Quiet surroundings. Perfect for relaxation.

Now oaseas on they other hand terrible thats all there is to say about them will not be staying with them again had one problem after the other very bad. internet access was poor. The additional charges on the bill. We didn't like that when we first checked in I was asked to pay for another parking pass when we thought two were included then when we got to our room it had a leaking sink but they came and temporary fixed it and then the lights in the kitchen didn't work until they were ready to and also other lights through out the condo. Needs updating, room 1106 of Watercrest. Hidden fees, especially the extreme cleaning charge and un-necessary mandatory damage fee. I was very disappointed with the condo. The appliances did not work properly. The beds were uncomfortable. The condo was severely outdated. I really expected it to be nicer than what it was. Major disappointment. Our room was not ready when we arrived. We had to what 3 hours beyond check in time, before we recieved our room. Then the room we recieved was filthy dirty, but thanks to Milisa the superviser of the facilities, she was able to give us her key to a clean unit. Kodos to her. located next to public beach entrance. Heavy traffic and fireworks noise late into the night. Over price . Felt like it had hidden fees . Booking . Com didn't show all the fees until you book it . Washing machine over ran all over the place . But they did come within the hr to fix it . There was a dirty cloth in the kitchen sink. There was a quilt in the dryer that was damp and smelly. There were pillow cases in the wash machine. The blankets in the closet for the pull out were full of sand. The deck furniture was dirty. There were visible cockroaches in the stairwell. no s ecurity on site the fridge was filthy the floors hadnt been cleaned the full view windows were filthy!!!!!. Room a little dirty and when I checked in... The rep. wanted to change me twice for something I already had paid for ... They do not have an office in the hotel , you've to go like 10 minuets away , no room service !!.
