The location was great, I loved the large deck and that every room had access. The pool was in a great location we could see the kids swimming from the balcony. The kitchen was a good size and had everything we needed to cook, and everything was functional. It's close to everything the beach is two blocks away. It was quiet and comfortable for my family.
The condo was clean, blankets and curtains looked new and fresh and the tile in bathroom looked new and clean. The balcony even looked new or newer. Kitchen was even supplied to include coffee pot! The apartment was clean, had everything we needed, was close to the beach and stores, a pleasure to stay at, quiet, had an elevator and cart for luggage making it easier to load and unload, had a clean smell, felt safe, and process was easy.

I hope the same location is available when we book for the end of the season car show.
The apartment was large and clean with balcony. Good kitchen facilities and dishwasher. Plenty of parking. Very enjoyable stay - it was a perfect vacation apartment.

Rooms were large very inviting. Large kitchen all up to date appliances. Fireplace and sunken tub.

There was black mold in the apartment, no hot water, bathroom
Tiles popping out, spa not working, dirty laundry still in the apartment, bathroom dirty. Called staff to make complaints still have yet to speak to the manager. This place was terrible and I will be filing a complaint with the health department.
I liked the fact that it was easy to find and had balcony and pool.
The Jacuzzi was a bit much, we did have an issue with the shower door it fell off the hinge, someone came the next day and fixed it. And the sliding door screen got stuck, which they fixed. The check in is really late 4 pm and the check out is at 10 am. But other than that......I would stay again.
There was some confusion with our booking but luckily the staff was able to remedy it, although the room wasn't quiet ready when we got there. Wish we could have gotten in earlier in the day. The bathrooms and kitchen need a little upgrade, but we were still happy with our choice.
There was nothing we did not like.
We have no complaints for the price we paid.
While suites were very nice, their bathrooms need updateing. We occupied five suites, and all the commodes were cracked or chipped.
What staff? When we arrived we had no knowledge of our apartment number
of how to get into it. No staff to ask. I booked on line and our email
confirmation had no information on apt. Number or code number to enter.
Very frustrating.

The key entry system. We had to make 3 phone calls to finally get the correct door key code. The second call we were actually given the wrong room assignment! This system needs improvement.
Mattresses on the beds were old and soft And the bathroom faucets were loose.
The AC was broken and they never came to fix it!.
I was not made aware that you had to call in to get the room number and code. I spent an hour running around looking for an office. The locks on the patio doors are broken and it felt unsafe.
Bathrooms were out-dated and a bit dirty. Also, there were dishes in the sink when we checked-in.
not enough supplies, 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 packet of detergent, 1 large trashbag. we had to go out and buy more TP, and trashbags.

No action taken on an air conditioning issue in our room. Outside it was in the 70's. In the room, it was 80-85. Day & night. The mattress had a noticeable depression in the middle. The sofa bed was not fit for an animal to sleep on.
Fridge didn't work, a/c didn't work, food spoiled and had to buy more food and eat out more than expected.
I didn't like that it was miles from the boardwalk,yhe bathrooms
were out dated and pretty much the whole place was out dated. The ownrrs
should take better care of the property. Wouldn't stay there again.
