Listening to the ocean all night long! The view and the location were awesome! Not too far from the boardwalk, but a good distance from the hustle & bustle and little kids! Was fairly quiet, walking distance from cool bars/night entertainment, nice room, balcony, they allowed us to check in early, parking included at no extra charge... Would recommend to a friend and stay there again. Hotel wastrels from the beach. We had a side balcony room with a great view of the beach. Hotel was "dated", pool is small & not heated. We read some terrible reviews before arriving, but were relieved to find a clean comfortable room waiting. Hotel staff was very accomodating. If people want "luxury", then pay more $$$!! This place is fine for the price. Get over yourself people!.

My daughter has multiple sclerosis and so it was important to us that we had a good location for shopping and eating out as well as entertainment and your hotel had it all. None,my wife and myself have a wonderful time with the staff and the people in the area. I am hoping to come in 2014 or 2015. Could you folks put myself on yours mailing address or E-mail. Thank you, again. See you soon. The view was amazing! The location was perfect. The price was excellent. I was just looking for a place to crash that wasn't a scevy motel. It was better than expected, for sure. I will definitely stay again. Great location! Right at the beach with Ocean Front. Friendly staff and the room was clean. Needs some updating but overall was very clean. Just a few minutes from the boardwalk. We enjoyed our stay!. The staff was friendly, all rooms had an oceanview and it's location was perfect to the beach and restaurant/bars. I also enjoyed having a kitchenette and refrigerator in the room to cook breakfast. The front desk girl, Chelsea was so accommodation she managed to give me the room I really wanted, on the top floor. That made all the difference waking up to see the beach. The room was decent. We liked how close it was to the beach. Everything was great. The housekeeper came every morning to ask if we needed anything. The oceanfront room was close to the beach (I.E. nothing between hotel and beach such as a pool/deck) and you can hear the beach so well. Great staff-very pleasant and helpful. Great location for families who want a quiet beachfront location. Good value for money. One of the top places where we stood according to equipment of the room. Bathroom was nice and we had small kitchen there. Loved the oceanfront room. Staff was excellent and friendly! This is definitely one of the best hotels in OC. hotel was centrally located and a good value not the most updated but would stay there again. Being able to see the ocean and beach from our balcony. I don't believe there was anything that we had a negative feeling about. It was a very nice and very affordable accommodation. The staff was less than helpful. There was a parking pass in with our key that no one told us about and we didn't find until we checked out. Thankfully We didn't get towed!. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable. The only problem we had was there were fruit flies in our room when we first got there and the coffee in the lobby was awful. There was a light on the balcony that could not be shut off; so we had to sleep with the curtain closed; plus it obscured the view of the ocean at night. (At least it drew the bugs away0. Problems with stuff right after booking - hotel withdrew 2x more money than they should according the booking. bathroom could have been cleaner.(lightswitch) Bed comforter kept falling on floor. Bathroom needs updating and wasn't cleaned well during my stay. Sliding glass door was hard to open. The walls had sand or dirt, possibly where the previous patrons had cleaned their shoes/sandals, on them. They needed cleaned and this went unnoticed by housekeeping. the orange juice in the lobby was terrible could not drink it. For some reason, I could not get Cell-Phone coverage (T-Mobile) possibly due to close proximity to the water/ocean. However, that did not hinder my experience. If anything, it may have been a slight inconvenience but I still enjoyed myself. There wasn't anything I didn't like. Easier access to unloading luggage, etc. Not enough parking. Fragile beds. Bed was lumpy. We got towed and it almost ruined our vacation. However, the staff helped us recoup it. Wish bath towels were bigger Not all lights in the room worked. I stayed in a room on the 2nd floor and the sliding door would not lock. It was just me and my son and I didn't feel safe at night. The cost was a little more than what we wanted to spend. the hallway smelled of mildew. Add donuts & fruit to the coffee & juice. Beds Hard. nothing. couldnt smoke. No breakfast. houskeeping. The smell/odor. Sofa was very poorly made. the kitchen was not as stocked with supplies as other places with kitchen we stayed at. Bed linens questionable, pull out sofa broken,(support bands for mattress) carpet so-so. I should have called desk to gripe but it was late and I had 5 kids with me. Housekeeping skills could be refined. The hotel needs to update the bathrooms.
