The price was awesome and the rooms were spacious and well maintained. Thick fluffy towels and a wonderful kitchen. The kids enjoyed the pools. I am not fond of the safety and security at Myrtle Beach but love the homey feel of Cherry Grove. It was my first stay in Cherry Grove but will not be my last. The staff was friendly and knowledgable. It was not ocean front but for the price, it is well worth it. Love it!.
alle beoordelingen » condo exceptionally clean and well maintained. oceanview expceptional for 2nd row. no highrise in front. beach access nice with facilities on pathway. grounds/pools nice and not crowded. beach not crowed. quiet upscale neighborhood. plenty of parking. check in/out fast and efficient. quiet interior hallways. The room was clean and fit our needs well. We didn't need a third bedroom but it was nice to have the extra space. We liked the fitness room and especially liked the covered parking. We didn't have much contact with the staff but they were pleasant and efficient. The property was very quiet. I was pleasantly pleased with the size and cleanliness of the condo. I also enjoyed the amenities such as the 2 outdoor pools, 1 indoor pool and the free movie rentals. The location is a convenient walk to restaurants and a grocery store and a quick walk across the street to the beach. I loved the bathrooms for each bedroom! The spacious common areas. Just across the street from the beach front. Just over a mile from Main Street shopping and boulevard. I felt that my vehicle was safe in the covered, drive-in parking deck! I could go on and on!!. I really enjoyed the facilities. It was very clean. The rooms were clean and the entire place was well kept up. The location was great for me. I do not like being in the meddle of everything but close enough to everthing to get to in a matter of minutes. Is in the ideal location for the places we go at myrtle beach. Hotel was clean. Staff on arrival were friendly. Liked the idea of having a small restaurant on site as well as outdoor bar, which we were told when we arrived were both closed. The space we had, the dvd for children and adults. I wiuld have to say Jermine, the maintances man. Who saved my grandbaby. I really would love for you to give him my information. I've got to do more than say thank you. Clean!!!, parking very close, some places say resort but this place felt like a resort, loved the spacious rooms. Movie at the pool. We'll be back. Our favorite place for a Myrtle Vacation. The 3 bedroom apartment with Ocean View was just perfect for our short getaway. The location was more quiet than being in the midst of Myrtle Beach which was preferred by us. The room, pool , Beach & view.. Our refrigerator wasn't working properly & they sent maintenance right up ( and it was 9:30 at night)..Randy at the pool was awesome. I like the layout of the apt.the bathroom in each bedroom was cool! The kitchen was great. The balcony view was great. I loved the pools,sauna room and weight room. I enjoyed my stay because the kids really enjoyed the swimming area and the free DVD rentals. We also liked the fact that the beach was in great walking distance. Everything from the staff (Peter), to the wonderful rooms, the location, friendly people and wonderful atmosphere.. this was a wonderful vacation. i was with a group of my girlfriends and we had a great time. The resort was beautiful and well kept. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Spacious rooms and easy access to parking garage. Very nice public beach access with restroom facilities. The staff was nice and attentive. I liked the friendly staff and guest and the comfort and clean rooms . location was good safe feeling. I liked the quietness of the night. The resort was clean, well appointed, and located centrally near everything. I plan on staying there the next time I go to Myrtle Beach. Everything! I was able to rest and relax! My husband played golf for a couple days and I stayed at the resort to enjoy the amenities!. They had where you could get one movie rental at a time for free and when you turn it in you can get another one and it's unlimited. It was a great location, very quiet, extremely comfortable and very relaxing. Beautiful setup and gave a sense of calm. the hotel was so clean and it has a fully equipped clean kitchen so we could do some cooking during our stay. Love it!. The location was great, right across the street from the beach. We had a 3 bedroom suite, rooms were big and clean. The suites were spacious and well appointed. It was close to the beach, the area is not too commercialized. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. The unit was excellent as well as the staff, and the location is just right. Would ❤ to come back again!. Nice pool area. cleanliness and comfort of the beds. (n/a). Furniture was a little worn but certainly very acceptable. A window washing crew was operating outside our balcony. Not a big deal though. The only disadvantage were the 1st two bedrooms of the oceanview condo didnt have external view windows. The windows viewed the hallway and we had to keep the drapes closed making the room dark and dreary. I guess we didnt come to sit in the room anyway. Lol. I was extremely upset my last nite at this awesome resort two of the three bathrooms in my room ran out of tissue. It was only one person in each room so you know there was never a full roll to start with! Well, I called the front desk and they told me they don't give out tissue! I was hot!!. Cannot think of a thing. I didn't like that the hotel did not advise you or booking that they had facilities on site that would not be available while we were there. It would have made a difference in our choice. Also, they should definetly add amenties that are not furnished by the hotel. Paper towels/TOILET paper??? Maid Service???This was a condo, high rise hotel style not a beach house. My family and I were well pleased. Staff not very friendly....Could have been a new emplyee. Beds were not very comfortable but everything else made up for it. The mattress on all beds was very hard and cheap feeling. We didn't know that you had to bring your toilet paper & paper.... They didn't let me know before I was trap in the bathroom without toilet paper that I need to buy my own ,and when my Daughter called room service she was told the housekeeper would be right up that was a lie!. There were damages to the room upon arrival and we called a couple times and reported them. Days later my $250 deposit was taken because of those damages. Me and my older kids called several times to clarify the issue. In the meanwhile my account was hit with overdraft fees. This was totally unexpected because we reported the damages being there prior to us dwelling at the resort. A few weeks later the deposit was return, but it cost me unnecessary cash in the process. I did not like that they did not have a spa on the property. I usually get a massage when I am on vacation. Of course, there were places in the area, but timing and convenience is soooo important when your stay is limited. Not necessarily a negative, but it is not directly on the beach. The pool has limited play areas for smaller kids. Only one small "spray zone" whereas you may find other Myrtle Beach hotels with larger, different types of water play areas. when we were by the pool with our grandchildren there were some men with coolers and they were having to much to drink. we felt uncomfortable with us and our grandchildren seeing this behavior so we left pool side and went back to our rooms. They closed the pool before midnight. There was not anything to dislike!. I wasn't able to Checkout at a later time. there wasn't anything... We loved it.. The suite we stayed in had a odor but we lit scented candles and it became bearable but overall, it was a great weekend stay. Hope they would provide hair dryer in the unit instead of asking for one upon arrival. All of the indoor and outdoor pools are small compare to other resorts (one lazy, one indoor and one outdoor). The lazy river could have been bigger. No instruction on check out procedures. No flexibility on check in or check out. My only criticisome would be no cafe or restaurant open that's all. Furniture was a bit dusty. Distance to beach. Street Noise. Nothing. No housekeeping for towels and no complimentary laundry detergent. Had to purchase toilet paper and other supplies. Did not function like a hotel. No room service. This was not disclosed at time of purchase. I spent a lot of time and money at the market!. wish we had room service. No ice machines Odd smell in the elevators on ground floor Key card denied access several times. Nothing. Our room was right at the elevator and the two front bedrooms could hear the bell all night and early morning as people got on and off of the elevator. We would have preferred a room further from elevator. Loved everything. We about ran out of tolite paper. No restaurant No Bar Outdoor pool and whirlpool were closed for scheduled construction but we were not told at time of booking. nothing. We had no complaints. Staff not friendly or helpful. liked everything !!.
